Can you refuse to receive the product or exchange it?
Shop safely with Nagafa Shop as we offer product inspection upon delivery, allowing you to refuse to receive the product in case of:
- Product does not match specifications
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect dimensions
- Packaging issues
How can I return an order?
In case of any damage due to shipping, such as missing product parts or breakage, please contact us via our social media platforms, customer service, or email within 24 hours of delivery. Please report this by sending photos or a video showing the damage so that your product can be returned and spare parts or breakage replaced without bearing shipping costs.
Our exchange and return policy allows you, if you are not satisfied with your product purchase, to return it within 7 business days from the date of receipt. Products to be returned must be in their original box or original packaging.
Custom-made products are not eligible for return. Ready-made products, however, can be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in their original packaging and in their original condition.
Can I exchange without an invoice?
You can exchange a product for another product provided you have the invoice and the product is in its original condition.
When will the paid amount be refunded?
You can start the return process through our website by clicking on “My Orders” screen, then clicking on “Return Item,” after which a pickup date will be scheduled by one of our courier services.
The refund process begins once the product is confirmed to have been returned to Nagafa Shop warehouses, but the refund process takes a maximum of 7 business days (subject to change based on the card issuer’s policy).
The product value will be transferred via Vodafone Cash or bank transfer, noting that the shipping cost is non-refundable.
