Shipping and Delivery Policy

Nagafa Shop provides all the products you are looking for. If any item in your order is unavailable, you will be notified. You may choose to ship the available part of the order, or postpone the order until the remaining products are restocked. This happens rarely, and once the remaining products are available, they will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

Can I track my order?

You can track your order by clicking “Track Order”, then entering the order number and the email address registered on the invoice, and then clicking “Track Order”.

Are there undeliverable shipments?

A shipment may be returned by the shipping companies as undeliverable for several reasons, including:

  • The address is incorrect or unclear.
  • No response to the delivery representative.
  • Not being present at the pickup address.
  • Refusing to receive the order after it has been dispatched for shipping.

Most of our shipping companies attempt delivery more than once, and after three attempts, the order is returned to us.

Shipping completion time

Many products are shipped daily from Nagafa Shop to all parts of Egypt, and the shipping process may take from 48 hours up to a maximum of 5 business days, depending on the product type and delivery area.

Shipping fees in case the order is not received

If the order is not received after it has been dispatched for shipping, or if you refuse to receive it from the shipping company, the customer bears the shipping fees applicable to the order, in return for the cost of preparing and shipping the order and the delivery attempts.
